Pulse was built by Proclaim VoIP to replace a legacy telecom billing system that couldn't keep up, especially with AI usage. We built the platform we needed, then opened it to other operators facing the same problem.
Telecom billing was built for minutes and messages. When operators started shipping AI voice and agent products, the usage they could meter suddenly outran the systems that were supposed to bill it, and the tax stack underneath was never designed for the complexity of communications tax in the first place.
We built Pulse to fix both at once: event-level AI usage rating that captures cost and revenue, and telecom tax sourced to the jurisdiction and retained for audit. Everything sits on an immutable ledger, syncs cleanly to QuickBooks Online, and can be run in parallel with your current system until the numbers reconcile.
