This Privacy Policy explains how Proclaim Pulse LLC ("Provider," "we," "us," or "our"), operator of the Pulse billing platform and the website at proclaimpulse.com (together, the "Service"), collects, uses, shares, and protects information. It also describes how we handle data accessed through the Intuit QuickBooks Online integration.
If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not use the Service.
The Service is a business-to-business billing platform used by telecommunications, VoIP, and communications providers ("Customers" or "you") to bill their own end-users. This Policy covers:
The Service is intended for business use. It is not directed to consumers or to children (see Section 10).
When you authorize a connection to your QuickBooks Online company, we access accounting data necessary to synchronize your billing and accounts-receivable records. Depending on the features you use, this may include: customers, items/products, accounts (chart of accounts), invoices, payments, credit memos, and related transaction records. We read reference data (such as your chart of accounts and item list) to map records correctly, and we write finalized billing and payment records into QuickBooks Online at your direction.
We access QuickBooks Online data only to provide the syncing features you enable. We do not access it for any other purpose.
When you use Pulse to bill your end-users, we process data on your behalf and under your instructions, such as your end-users' account details, service usage records (call, messaging, and AI usage records), invoices, tax determinations, and payment activity. For this data you are the controller and we act as your service provider/processor.
Card and bank-account details used to collect payments are handled through our payment processors (Stripe and IPPay) using tokenization. We do not store full payment card numbers, card security codes (CVV), or complete bank-account numbers on our systems.

Certain records, for example tax calculation records, are retained in tamper-evident storage for extended, regulatorily-appropriate periods. When information is no longer required, we delete or de-identify it.
You may request deletion of your account data as described in Section 8, subject to records we are required to retain by law.
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information, including:
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your information and to respond promptly to any incident.
For end-user data we process on a Customer's behalf, requests should be directed to the Customer (the controller of that data); we will assist our Customers in responding.
