Pulse is billing infrastructure. It holds financial, tax, and customer records. Here is how we handle them, described honestly as practices.
Card numbers are never stored. Payments are tokenized through our processors, built to a PCI SAQ-A scope.
Sensitive identifiers are encrypted at rest.
The financial ledger is append-only, so entries are added, never silently overwritten.
Once an invoice is finalized it is immutable; changes are made through proper credit memos and reissues.
Changes are recorded in a full audit trail, so who-changed-what-when is answerable.
Every tax calculation is retained with an integrity hash in write-once, tamper-evident storage, ready for audit.
Pulse runs on established cloud infrastructure. Practices above describe how the platform is built and operated; they are not claims of third-party certification.
We describe our security as practices, not badges. Pulse does not currently claim SOC 2, PCI-DSS Level 1, or HIPAA certification. If your review process requires specific attestations, contact us and we'll tell you exactly where we stand.
